Stick with 160kb that way you can access them with cpm as well as eos

So, my ADAM is a stock unit... single tape drive.

Now that I have built an ADE, I am looking at all the blank media images. There are so many! I was looking at the .dsk images to use for day to day use instead of .ddp but which ones should I use ?

3.5 1.44Mb x-Density Disk.dsk
3.5 720K Quad-Density Disk.dsk
5.25 160K Single-Sided Disk.dsk
5.25 320K Double-Sided Disk.dsk
5.25 360K Double-Sided Disk.dsk

Is there any caveats to using any particular image?
